Managing NDIS Customers
All new NDIS customers are required to complete a Service agreement with the Laundry Lady prior to commencing with any services. New NDIS customers can register online here.
NDIS customers can contact our support team directly via ndis@thelaundrylady.com.au.
If a customer is NDIS Pending, this means they are an existing customer that requires a NEW or updated Service Agreement. Head Office is currently working through all NDIS customers to ensure they have the details and service agreement.
You can continue to service NDIS Pending customers. If you would like to discuss any of your existing customers please reach out to Head Office and we will be happy to assist.
