Ready for Delivery

Once the customer has paid their invoice, the booking will automatically move from the Awaiting Payment section to the Ready for Delivery section on your dashboard.

Only proceed with delivery for bookings that are Ready for Delivery.

For some NDIS, Home Care and approved Business customers that pay via Bank Transfer, bookings will automatically move to Ready for Delivery after the invoice has been sent for payment. These customers have pre-approved payment arrangements, allowing delivery to proceed without any delay.

Notify a customer you are on the way

Click the down arrow. The pop up will have an option to send an SMS notification to notify the customer letting them know you're on the way.
