Best Practices for Rescheduling:

Communicate in Advance: Always reach out to the customer before making changes to confirm the new date and time works for them. This helps avoid confusion or inconvenience.

Timely Updates: Reschedule as early as possible, especially during busy periods or holidays, to ensure the customer has adequate notice.

Steps to Reschedule a Booking:

  1. Click on the Pencil Icon: This will open the editing options for the booking.
  2. Select a New Date and Time: Choose the updated date and time that works for both you and the customer. 
  3. Add a Note for the Customer: Include a brief explanation of the change (e.g., "Rescheduled to this date and time based on your preference" or "Updated due to availability").

Once the booking is rescheduled, the customer will receive a Booking Update email with the updated booking details, including the new date and time and your notes. This ensures they are informed promptly and can plan accordingly.
