How do I get bookings?

All bookings are made by customers or a support representative by visiting the website, entering their suburb, and viewing available pickup days and times in their area. All new bookings must be completed online to ensure that the customer agrees to our Terms of Service as part of the booking process.

Our online booking system is what makes Laundry Lady stand out from competitors and allows customers 24 hour access to book their laundry service.

Customers can book a service 3 hours before an available pickup time. So if you open for pickups at 9am, a customer can book you up until 6am on that day.

What happens after a booking has been made?

Once a booking is scheduled, both you and the customer will receive a Booking Confirmation email containing all the details of the booking, including the pickup date and time, the customer’s address, and any special instructions or notes provided during the booking process.
