Building one brand
Our strategy is to build The Laundry Lady as one brand that benefits all of us. We want our customers to have the same experience with us wherever they are. We want them to know and recognise our brand wherever they go, and spread the word about us to everyone they know!
To ensure we fit into our one brand strategy, it is important that we follow these policies:
- Only use the marketing materials and branded items that are supplied and approved by The Laundry Lady – you will receive bags, magnets and flyers in your starter kits. When you run out of these you can order more through the Supplies Order Form. Branded clothing is also available for purchase.
- Do not produce any marketing materials without written consent from The Laundry Lady Head Office – this is a requirement as part of your contract with us. We will consider requests like larger car wrap branding, local advertisements, posters etc, however you will need permission from us before producing any materials and we will require sign off on all artwork. This would be at your own cost.
- We are a team, not a group of individuals. This is an important part of our brand strategy. We will not allow printing individual contractor contact information on any materials, or creating any individual social media pages or groups. This goes against our one brand policy and online booking strategies. Our website and social media pages are the only promotable contact points.
- If you have ideas about marketing you’d like to implement locally talk to us first. Email us your ideas and we will get back to you.
