🚨 Customer & Booking Address

Contractors now have the ability to update the booking address for appointments that are in 'Confirmed' status. This feature allows contractors to select from a list of the customer's previously used booking locations.

🚨 Customer & Booking Address

Multiple updates to both the manager and contractor app to allow contractor management of the customer invoice details and pickup address.

  • Multiple locations: edit pickup address will now list all previous pick up addresses used by the customer. Manager + Contractor app.

  • Removed UPDATE ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS in manager app as this was overriding the pickup address in future bookings.
  • New Shortcuts added in the manager app for updating invoice and pickup address details on a booking from the customer.
  • Contractor app views for bookings now has the pickup address displayed

🚨 Contractor App Booking card layout updates

The layout of the booking cards has been updated, making it easier to manage bookings directly from your home view. This includes new icons for changing the time or date, starting a booking without notifying a customer, and cancelling bookings.

 

NOTE: The Car icon is now replaced with the Down arrow so you can start a booking without notifying a customer.

  • Edit pencil to allow the change of date from the main home view.
  • Cancel Icon added on home view and the booking view.
  • Start booking Icon added to replace the car icon. The pop up will now have an option to send an on the way SMS notification.
  • Icons added next to date and customer name, Washing and Ironing icons moved to the top next to booking number.
  • Customer profile view updated: Customer type and contact details added to top for mobile view

🚨 New customer status added

We've introduced the "NEW" status for all customers who haven't completed a booking yet.

This was the most requested update from contractors in our monthly surveys!

NEW tag is now applied to all new customers until they have a completed booking.

🚨 Contractor commission statements

We've added an option to download a Financial summary for the previous TAX year. This also allows you to download all Commission statements as a PDF.

🚨 Recurring Bookings bug - fixed!

Resolved issues with the after condition and updated wording to reflect 'total bookings.'

🚨 New Booking - NDIS workflow updates

Changes to the workflow for NDIS bookings through the website. 

When selecting NDIS customer type on the booking form, you will now enter the NDIS participant number.

This will present 3 options:

  • Existing NDIS number that is in the system, active, with a Service agreement will be sent an email to complete the booking.
  • Existing NDIS numbers which are not approved with a service agreement will receive a message to contact support.
  • New NDIS numbers not in the system will be directed to the New NDIS customer form and will not be able to schedule a service until approved.

🚨 Reassigned Booking SMS

Booking reassignment and cancellation SMS notification now sent if booking pickup time is within 24 hours, otherwise just an email is sent.

 

🚨 Downloading All Statements

Now you can use our Booking App to download all of your statements.
