Invoice Notes
Why use Invoice Notes?
Invoice notes are essential for maintaining transparency and building trust with customers by clearly explaining the charges for their laundry services. Providing detailed information ensures customers understand the breakdown of costs and the value of the service you have provided.
Including specific notes is particularly important for:
- Additional Washing Loads: Use invoice notes for bulky or oversized items, such as doonas and heavy blankets that required individual loads due to their size.
- Ironing Charges: Use invoice notes to explain costs for ironing items that don't have their own service item and description available. For example, larger time-consuming items like curtains or tablecloths that may be charged using an item such as Ironing Bedding - Double or Queen.
- Stain Removal: Highlight extra effort required for treating stains, helping to manage customer expectations and justify additional charges.
We strongly recommend using detailed invoice notes for all large services and NEW Customers. This approach increases the likelihood of prompt payment and fosters trust, which in turn enhances the chances of the customer becoming a regular, recurring client.
By communicating clearly and professionally, you can set the foundation for a positive and lasting customer relationship.
