Public Holidays

You will need to block your roster for any public holidays that you will not be working. As public holidays vary from State to State, and it is up to you if you want to work that day, you need to block your roster as far in advance as possible so that customers cannot book that date if you are not working. 

You should contact any customers who have recurring bookings on a public holiday to confirm if you will be working and check if they still need a pickup. Remember that businesses will be closed and some families will want to change their regular schedule to suit.
