Adding Bookings
To add a new booking, click on the plus icon in pink in top right corner, in the popup type the customer name, then select the date and time for the booking.
You will be able to access customers that you have serviced recently. If the customer hasn't had a booking for a while, it's a good idea to get them to make their next booking online via the website so that we can be sure their information is up to date and matching the new system.
Cancelling Bookings
Open the dash to see your list of upcoming bookings.
Click on the red "X" on the right.
A new window opens. Select the reason to cancel from the dropdown list and write your notes about how you're cancelling the booking.
You can also cancel if you open the booking details and follow the steps below.
Click on the Cancel Booking red link. A new window opens, select a reason for cancellation, and if the booking needs to be rescheduled tick the rescheduling box.
