How do I get bookings?
- Bookings are made online via our website www.thelaundrylady.com.au. Our online booking system is what makes Laundry Lady stand out from competitors and allows customers 24 hour access to book their laundry service.
- Customers can book a service 3 hours before an available pickup time. So if you open for pickups at 9am, a customer can book you up until 6am on that day.
- All bookings are made by customers by heading to the website, typing their suburb and Book Online to see the available pickup days and times in their area. Customers can select their preferred Laundry Lady/Lad or select no preference at time of booking.
- The times that are added to your schedule and any changes in your roster affect what appears for booking online for the customer.
- Head Office will make bookings that are made by special request outside of available times and will contact you to confirm.
