Customer Notes
PLEASE NOTE: There are different areas for appointment details/customer notes in the Bookings App/System - one area which can be seen by the customer (edited by customer and contractor), and one for Contractor/Head Office view only.
Appointment Details 'Special Instructions' - added by customer on booking
This is where any notes that the customer has made at time of booking will appear:
- The type of service (eg detergent to use, special washing instructions)
- The pickup location (eg will be left at back door)
- Return delivery notes (leave at front door if not home)
- Code for gate entry etc.
Appointment Notes - for contractor use (can be viewed by customer)
This is where you can add relevant notes for the customer:
I.e Location of where you left laundry (if applicable).
Internal notes - only viewed by contractor and Head Office
This is for internal notes, which are only seen by the contractor and Head Office. The customer will not see these notes.
